अपर्याप्तं तदस्माकं बलं भीष्माभिरक्षितम् |
पर्याप्तं त्विदमेतेषां बलं भीमाभिरक्षितम् || 10 ||
Transliteration:
Aparyāptaṁ tadasmākaṁ balaṁ bhīṣhmābhirakṣhitam|
Paryāptaṁ tvidameteṣhāṁ balaṁ bhīmābhirakṣhitam || 10 ||
Translation:
Our army, protected by Bhishma, is unlimited, whereas their army, protected by Bhima, is limited.
Hindi Translation:
भीष्म द्वारा सुरक्षित हमारी सेना असीमित है जबकि भीम द्वारा सुरक्षित उनकी सेना सीमित है।
Explanation:
In this verse, Duryodhana compares the strength of the two armies. He boasts about the seemingly limitless strength of his own forces, led by the venerable Bhishma, and contrasts it with the limited power of the Pandava army, led by Bhima. Duryodhana’s confidence is evident here, as he believes his side has the upper hand due to Bhishma's presence.

इस श्लोक में दुर्योधन दोनों सेनाओं की ताकत की तुलना करता है। वह आदरणीय भीष्म के नेतृत्व में अपनी स्वयं की सेना की प्रतीत होने वाली असीमित शक्ति के बारे में दावा करता है, और इसकी तुलना भीम के नेतृत्व में पांडव सेना की सीमित शक्ति से करता है। यहां दुर्योधन का आत्मविश्वास स्पष्ट है, क्योंकि उसका मानना है कि भीष्म की उपस्थिति के कारण उसका पलड़ा भारी है।
