यस्त्वात्मरतिरेव स्यादात्मतृप्तश्च मानवः।
आत्मन्येव च सन्तुष्टस्तस्य कार्यं न विद्यते।।
Transliteration:

Yastvātma-ratir eva syād ātma-tṛiptaśh cha mānavaḥ
Ātmani eva cha santuṣhṭas tasya kāryaṁ na vidyate

Translation:

But for one who rejoices in the Self, who is satisfied with the Self, and who is content in the Self alone, there is no duty.

Explanation:
This shloka emphasizes the state of a self-realized person who is completely content and satisfied within themselves. Such a person does not have any obligations or duties because they have transcended the material needs and desires that drive most human actions. They are immersed in the bliss of the Self and do not depend on external actions for fulfillment. For the self-realized person, the need for performing duties ceases as they are in a state of complete satisfaction and fulfillment in the Self. Their actions are not driven by desires or needs but are spontaneous expressions of their inner bliss and realization.
