Sanskrit:Shlok-26
न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् |
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान् युक्तः समाचरन् || 26 ||
Transliteration:
na buddhi-bhedaṁ janayed ajñānāṁ karma-saṅginām |
joṣayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran || 26 ||
Translation:
"The wise should not unsettle the minds of the ignorant who are attached to fruitive work. They should inspire others to perform all works, duly performing their own duties in the spirit of devotion." In this verse, Lord Krishna advises that those with knowledge should not confuse or disturb the minds of those who are ignorant and attached to the fruits of their actions. Instead, the wise should engage in their own duties with devotion, setting an example and encouraging others to act righteously.

इस श्लोक में, भगवान कृष्ण सलाह देते हैं कि ज्ञान रखने वालों को उन लोगों के दिमाग को भ्रमित या परेशान नहीं करना चाहिए जो अज्ञानी हैं और अपने कार्यों के फल से जुड़े हुए हैं। इसके बजाय, बुद्धिमानों को समर्पण के साथ अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करना चाहिए, एक उदाहरण स्थापित करना चाहिए और दूसरों को धर्मी कार्य करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए।
